The Process

The beginning of any project starts when we meet with a prospective client. It's important in that first meeting to find out about the project you would like us to do.

 

We will work with you to determine what is the best approach for your goals and what you are willing to commit to for the project budget. Also, who are your competitors, and how do they affect your marketing decisions?

 

After our meeting, we develop a comprehensive proposal for the project and what the goals will be, as well as how to measure those goals and their success. We then present our proposal and ideas to you at a follow-up meeting. Once we have reviewed our proposal with you, make any changes to it and you decide we are the winning proposal, we get to work on the project.

 

We collaborate on the look, feel and colors of the project, and work closely to provide a site with these attributes, and advise on best practices to achieve these goals. Next, we do a rough design of the project, and make revisions to meet with your approval. Once you approve the project's design, then we begin working on the draft of the project, using the latest in design standards.

 

The draft is submitted to you and once approved, we create the finished product for you, make any minor changes to the design, and then you approve it and the project is completed. At completion of project and receipt of final payment, all rights to the designs and deliverables provided by us are transferred in full to you.
